The ability to persist through, withstand, and recover from difficulties. •RESILIENCE•
The Leaders who demonstrate resilience, navigate challenges as solvable problems. Rather than falling victim to circumstance, giving up, avoiding issues, or pretending like problems don’t exist, those who demonstrate resilience take an active participant role in the future state of the situation.
Resilient leaders see things as surmountable, and share visions for their teams with encouragement during challenges and uncertainty. These leaders see themselves and their teams as capable, see obstacles as outcomes that can be achieved, and value the ideals that meaningful engagement and hard work will be worthwhile.
Resilient Leaders acknowledge that things are hard, but despite the odds, they can get through it and even rise above and be better for it. This attitude is transferred to their team members as well, building confidence and competence in others.
Resilience is an interconnected embodiment of your mindset, behaviors, and actions.
