Our Leadership Philosophy is like a set of blueprints for how we intend to perform as a leader. It lays out a general framework that we use to guide ourselves in our leadership capacities. These philosophies can be renovated over time, and adjusted or applied as situations dictate, but overall they remain consistent with our principles, priorities, purpose.

Consider your overall intent and baseline objective as a Leader (separate from management functions) in your role. Ultimately you are responsible to ___? This should be a short one sentence theme.

Then consider how you can make that possible; what you will do to make that possible; and why it would be able to be possible.

Your philosophy can be very concise or extensive but either way it should be something that resonates with you and your situation, is something you can consistently reference and rely upon, and even something you could share with others to help explain your perspective on how you can most effectively serve in your capacity as a Leader.
