Regardless of our particular industry or job title, Lets Lead with Intention using a framework of Direction, Alignment, Development.
DIRECTION: We all want to know where we're going, what we're trying to do, and why it matters.
ALIGNMENT: We all want to be in a cooperative rather than competitive relationships, live in peace and fairness, and believe that our perspectives and contributions matter.
DEVELOPMENT: We all want fulfillment, support, and opportunities.
Leaders are most impactful when they resonate with team members, partners, and the public in a way that demonstrates they truly care about the value of others and attaining valuable outcomes; their competence can be relied upon to shepherd everyone forward; and they are committed to focus efforts and resources on on the right things that help others and the organization grow.
